APG’s Knowledge Resources Centre (CRC-APG) is one of the co-founding members of the RCRC - Knowledge Resources Centres Network, a project financed by the European Union, developed in partnership with several entities. This network, composed by 58 Centres distributed all over the country, aims at, in the words of the Network managing entity, the IEFP, "reinforcing the qualifications from individuals and organizations".
The Centres are places for the consultation and experimentation of new training methods which allow the exchange of experiences and knowledge.
APG’s CRC’s main missionis to support the Human Resources and Training professionals on the development of competences by:
Facilitating and improving the intervention of the training professionals;
Approaching and creating interfaces between knowledge producers and end users;
Supporting lifelong training;
Revealing successful practices;
Developing and disclosing methods, methodologies and training products.
The APG’s CRC aims at being a place for the sharing of experiences and solutions within the Human Resources area, providing the information and the resources necessary to the HR professionals, allowing the development of ongoing and lifelong training.

Bibliographic Database
The bibliographic database contains all APG’s documentation composed by monographs (books),periodic publications (magazines) within the Human Resources area (recruitment, selection, performance assessment, career management, vocational training, remote training, etc.), labour law and other areas.
